Worst return policy.  I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything at this store.  I purchased 4 denalis and 1 triclimate, and wished to return only 1 denali.  I spoke to Supervisor Diaz and he said that any item that has been worn once cannot be returned.  I explained I tried on the jacket and realized I didn't like it. northface jacketsrefused to refund, exchange or give store credit.  I felt like I purchased something in Mexico, where returns are impossible.  Although Macys charges $20 more for Denalis, I will be purchasing from them instead of directly from northface.  NO WARRANTIES - Be careful, not only do they refuse returns, but all purchases at the Outlet do not adhere to their warranty.  If I purchased this at for $90, I would at least have their full warranty intact.Went here for the first time today and absolutely loved it.

There was a large selection of North Face jackets and fleece wear to choose from! I'm. A recent North Face junkie for jackets:) there were mostly size large and x large jackets but I got lucky and found the jacket I was looking for in a medium! Score!northface jacketsThe jacket originally retailed for $295 and it was marked down to $199 and it was an extra 60% off that today giving me a grand total of $87 for my coat! I'm a happy customer. I also saw some cute North Face jackets with hoods in a size small and medium for great deals. I would've snatched it up but I already have 2 similar ones at home. The sales associates were helpful and the Line wasn't horribly long though I did come in on a Tuesday morning . The parking lot is tiny but coming in mid week when most are at work I suppose helped me snag a spot up front immediately. North Face outlet I'll definitely be back for more deals and warmth!!
